Come and sample
a rich harvest of dances picked from around the world,including the Greek, Balkan
and Israeli traditions and not forgettingdances to our own English folk music.Every
dance is taught from scratch, and there are no wrong steps, onlyvariations. Wear
loose comfortable clothing and flat shoes or bare feet.No partners needed; we'll be
dancing in circles or spirals.Nicky has been circle dancing for over 20 years and
teaching for more than10. She leads two regular groups in Loughborough and finds
circle dancingtherapeutic, relaxing and fun, providing balance and harmony in both
bodyand spirit.
